• A US$620 NON-Refundable and NON-Transferable deposit is required to reserve your space. The deposit will confirm your reservation. The balance is due in full no later than March 1, 2026 **If the balance is not paid in full by the due date, we will regard the booking as cancelled**.

• Please email Rinda@GetGrooved.com to make arrangements. In the case of late bookings (March 1-29), full payment will be required upon registration.

• WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER YOUR HOLIDAY, THE ACTIVITIES ON YOUR HOLIDAY AS WELL AS YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS.

Misty Tripoli and/or Paledora Selva will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred in preparation for canceled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or illness. Deposit is Non-Refundable and NON-Transferable.

• All regular program activities, lectures, workshops and classes

•  “just LOVE” GROOVE t-shirt (please specify size in follow up email) 

• “just LOVE” GROOVE bag 

• 3 healthy delicious vegetarian meals per day (chicken and fish randomly provided) 

• One Group Excursion 

• Ground Transportation to and from the Cancun International Airport in Mexico on Arrival/Departure days only.

• All other arrival and transfer days will be at your expense. 

• All Accommodation and Meal Gratuities during retreat dates only.

• ReTreat Package Prices DO NOT include: 

• Flights 

• Personal order gratuities 

• Items of a personal nature (i.e. laundry, drinks, telephone calls, personal clothing, sunscreen, elective resort activities) 

• Misty Tripoli/GROOVE retreats and Paledora Selva have no control over the weather. In case of weather conditions, we will do everything we can to reschedule. Paledora Selva and GROOVE retreats reserves the right to cancel any retreat up to 2 weeks prior to departure, in which case any payment you have made will be refunded in full. You will not be entitled to make any further claims for compensation or damages, for any loss, consequential damage, expenses, loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation. IMPORTANT NOTE Notice is hereby given that all arrangements made on behalf of customers are made by the organizers on the sole condition that the organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, or irregularity which may be occasioned through acts of any company and/or persons engaged in carrying out arrangements and services described herein or otherwise in connection herewith. The organizers reserve the right to withdraw or refuse any service to any customer at the discretion of the organizers. Payment of deposit is taken as acknowledgment of an agreement to the above items.

• Misty Tripoli/GROOVE retreats or Paledora Selva will not be responsible for any damages, expenses or inconveniences caused by late departures or change of schedule, strikes or to their conditions, nor will be responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any of the passenger's belongings. GROOVE retreats and Paledora Selva and their employees shall not be responsible for personal injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, irregularity or property damage as a result of force or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or tour participants caused by any delay or change of itinerary or arising out of any act, including, but not limited to, any act of negligence, any person acting for or on behalf of Paledora Selva for transportation, accommodation or sight-seeing provider or any other person or entity rendering any of these services or accommodations being offered Page 2 ©2017 Misty Tripoli & GROOVE Retreats in connection with these Retreats. • In consideration of being allowed to participate in the programs of Misty Tripoli, The World Groove Movement™ and Groove Retreats, I do hereby forever waive, release and discharge Misty Tripoli, The World Groove Movement™ and Groove Retreats as well as its officers, agents, employees, representatives, executors and all others acting on their behalf from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries, illness or damages to my person and/or property, including those caused by the negligent act or omission of any of those mentioned or others acting on their behalf, arising out of or connected with my participation in any activities, programs or services of Misty Tripoli, The World Groove Movement™ and Groove Retreats. I am voluntarily participating in these activities and declare myself to be physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disease, infirmity or other illness that would prevent my participation. I do hereby assume all responsibility for my participation in said activities.

• Sharing accommodations is a great way to travel and keep costs low, not to mention the incredible opportunity to get to know other amazing cool people. If you have someone you’ve decided to share a bed with, it is your responsibility to send us the name of that person. Your shared bed accommodation will not be confirmed until both individual’s deposits have been received. If one person cancels, the other will be responsible for paying a minimum 50% of the Package Fee unless another bedmate can be found. Transfers from shared bed packages to other accommodations will be allowed for a fee of $250 in addition to the difference in package price according to the current booking rate, including additional fees, post Early Bird Deadline.

You (or any member of your party) may cancel your holiday at any time providing that the cancellation is made by the person who made the booking and is communicated to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us. If you fail to pay your deposit or balance by the due date then your holiday will be automatically cancelled and the following charges will apply. As cancellation incurs administrative costs, we will retain your deposit and, in addition, may apply cancellation charges up to the maximum shown below:

• Cancellations Charge: 

• 30 days or more before arrival: Deposit only 

• 15-29 days before arrival: 75% of holiday cost 

• Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of holiday cost

• Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of holiday cost Once your holiday has commenced, no refund or part refund or unused portion of your holiday will be repaid in the event of cancellation by you. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of an Insurance Policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. Under no circumstances will we be able to refund the cost of your flights or other travel arrangements. Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy you may be able to reclaim these charges.

I hereby grant to Misty Tripoli, The World Groove Movement™ and Groove Retreats or any of its agents, the right and permission, in respect of the photographs and videos which its agents have taken of me, to use for any purpose whatsoever.
