​​Accommodation
We are staying at the beautiful ChoZen Retreat Center in St. Sebastian, Florida.
Set in the lush, sub-tropical environment of the 22,000 acre St. Sebastian nature preserve, ChoZen Florida is the perfect gathering place for our retreat. We'll fully immerse ourselves in the peaceful settings filled with culture, history and magic.
Our personal chefs will provide 3 delicious, organic and health-filled meals for us.
Wifi is available throughout the property although disconnection from the outside world will be our collective goal!
Check-In: November 4, 2021 after 2:00pm.
Check-Out: November 8, 2021 at 12:00pm.

Airport Transfers
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is where you want to fly in and out.
Airport pick-up November 4, 2021 will take place at 1:00pm.
Airport shuttle November 8, 2021 will leave the retreat center at 12:00pm.
Make sure your flight is scheduled to accommodate these pickup and departure times.
Shuttle ride is about 90-120 minutes (depending on traffic).
Airfare and personal expenses NOT included.

By placing your deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions, as well as you are aware, if the retreat has to be postponed due to circumstances, your deposit payment will be moved over to new dates.
Groove Retreats and The World GrooveMovement are NOT responsible for travel arrangements if in any case the retreat needs to be postponed. Please be aware that we have to keep following the ongoing worldwide situation and aim to book a flight that you are able to cancel or postpone for no or little fees. Thank you for your understanding.
Covid testing is available nearby and will be arranged in case you'll need to test before flying home. When arriving in Floriday, know if you need a PCR or Antigen test to fly back home and when it needs to be done. We'll take care of you when arriving at the retreat.

Licensed Providers/Facilitators receive US$150.00 off of total registration fee.
Full Registration Fees:
Range from US$1690.00 to US$2990.00, depending on the type of accommodation you choose.
