Important 1:
By placing your non-refundable and non-transferable deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions, as well as you are aware, that the retreat may have to be postponed due to circumstances and your deposit payment will be then moved over to new dates.
Do NOT make any travel arrangements. Groove Retreats is NOT responsible for travel arrangements made by you. Please be aware that we have to keep following the ongoing worldwide situation. Thank you for your understanding.
Important 2:
Check entry regulations to Spain and back to your home base. It's good to constantly keep an eye on all this, we're doing it too and will help you with it.

Discounts:
Licensed Providers/Facilitators get US$150.00 off of total registration fee.
Ibiza 2021 Retreat attendees get US$50.00 off of total registration fee, plus licensed Facilitator discount, if you apply for that.
Full Registration Fees:
Dormitory: US$1890.00/person (shared room with stunning view from balcony).
2-bed-rooms: US$2190.00/person (shared room by 2 participants).
Casitas: US$2290.00/person (shared room with kitchen).
Queen bed room: US$2990.00/person (single use with stunning view from balcony).
Airport Shuttle Service
We will arrange pick-up and drop-off depending on arrival and departure times. Please aim to arrive around the times suggested below. If your flight gets in early morning, we suggest a beach-club to spend the day until check in to the villa.
Airport transfers April 2, 2022 (afternoon between 2pm and 6pm) and April 9, 2022 (morning between 6am and 11am).
Fly into Ibiza (IBZ) airport.

Accommodation and Location
We are staying at a beautiful private villa located in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza, Spain.
The villa offers the tranquility and beauty of being on the sea with the convenience and practicality of being in the village of
Santa Eulalia.
Guests can access the sea just by going out the garden gate.
The closest beach is 500 meters away and can be reached by walking along a beautiful coastal path. With the center of town being less than a 10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket only 200 meters away, the villa is very conveniently located.
All accommodations are located in a beautiful garden with swimming pool and a view of the sea.
Our personal chefs will provide 3 delicious meals for us.
Alcohol is available for purchase.
Wifi is available throughout the house and in the garden.
Check-In: April 2, 2022, 2021 after 4pm.
Check-Out: April 9, 2022, 2021 at 10am.
